The dress code for the wedding is semi-formal. This means you have the choice to dress in formal black-tie attire, or cocktail attire. We encourage you to dress to impress and feel your best for a night out!

Do you have a hotel block?
Answer
No, we don't have a designated hotel block. We thoroughly researched accommodations in the vicinity of the ceremony and reception venues, but unfortunately, we couldn't find suitable options. Chicago, being a vast city, offers a plethora of excellent hotels and rentals for you to choose from. We recommend exploring your options to ensure you find the perfect stay that suits your preferences.

What does parking look like at the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Ceremony: $8 Parking is available in the parking garage on campus. The parking garage is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk away from the chapel. Once you exit the parking garage, you'll find the chapel straight ahead, situated right on the lakefront. Reception: Please be aware that parking at the venue is limited. We highly recommend utilizing the valet parking service provided.

Will there be transportation from the ceremony to the reception?
Answer
Yes. We will have a bus leaving from Rockwell on the River at 2:00 to bring guests to the ceremony at Loyola. This is a great option if you would prefer to leave your car at the reception venue. Buses will also be available to take guests from the ceremony to the reception. If you drove, you cannot leave your car at Loyola. You will need to drive to Rockwell on the River and use the valet service provided.

Are kids allowed at the wedding?
Answer
We kindly request that you leave the little ones at home. While we would love to include kids on our special day, we want parents to have a night to relax and enjoy the celebration without any childcare responsibilities.
