Is the wedding outdoors?
Answer
Definitely not! It will be hot, and while the park is lovely, the ceremony and reception will happen indoors (in air conditioning) at the Exhibition Building.

What should I wear?
Answer
Officially, this is a semi-formal wedding. Also officially, feel free to be as formal as you like! Have something fancy you've been wanting to wear? Go ahead and wear it! Also, there will be dancing instruction and dancing, so please bring or wear comfortable shoes if you would like to dance!

What if I don't know how to dance?
Answer
We met while contradancing, which is a dance form with a caller that teaches you all the moves in real time before you dance. We will have a caller to teach you how to do the dances, so you will be able to participate even if you have no dancing experience. You can see a video of contradancing here. Is there parking?
Answer
Yes! There is parking in front of and behind the Exhibition Building, as well as at other locations in the park. The lot is also in use by people going to the park, so depending on how busy the park is, you may want to arrive a bit early to find a spot.

What will we eat?
Answer
You are in for a treat! My mom and Aunt Cindy are baking artisan bread and other yummy things. Other food to go with the bread will also be served. We will also have gluten free and vegan food available.

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
No, this is a dry wedding. Trust us, you don't want to try contradancing for the first time while tipsy.
