Please RSVP by April 1st, 2026! Go to the RSVP section of our Website to do so.
The Nuptial Mass will start punctually at 1 o'clock in the evening. There will be a Rosary prayed 30 minutes before Mass starts, as it is desire by the bride and groom. We encourage everyone to please join and pray for the start of our new family! If you are not joining for the Rosary, please arrive by 12:45P.M. so that you can prepare appropriately for the Holy Sacraments you are to witness!
Nuptial Mass - 1P.M. Pictures - 2:30P.M. *BREAK* The newlyweds will spend some time of the afternoon in prayer, processing, and recharging before dancing and smiling the night away with their loved ones! Reception - 5P.M.
As mentioned in the Schedule section, yes there is! Please keep in mind a floral semi-formal attire when choosing your best outfit for the day. Although it is in the middle of May in East Texas, please dress modestly out of respect for the Holy Grounds you will be in. Every Christian is a temple of the Holy Spirit, we appreciate you viewing yourself and others like so! Ladies, please look for high necklines and dresses or skirts at or below the knees. Sleeves are encouraged! If unable, please bring a shawl or covering for inside the Church. A note on veils: Inside of the Church you will see many women veiling out of reverence and practice of our Catholic Faith. Do not feel obligated to do so if you have not done it before or do not feel comfortable doing so! If you do practice veiling, we highly encourage you to keep doing so for our Mass!
In case you do worry about this (especially ladies), our Wedding Party will be wearing Burgundy color!
If your guest name is listed on your invite and when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding with our family and close friends. This is also applicable with children of married couples!
Yes! Immaculate Conception has a parking lot available. Please be respectful and a mindful driver!
Sadly, we have been unable to find transportation to and from the hotels. Sleep Inn in Lufkin, the first hotel recommendation, is 20mins away from the Church. Fredonia Hotel in Nacogdoches is 18mins away. Please arrange the needed transportation! There is no public transportation in Nacogdoches and it cannot be traveled by foot. If you are unable to make vehicle arrangements (i.e. those coming from the DR specifically) please contact Adelle by April 1st through her phone (936) 715 - 8853
Yes! Please look at the Travel section of our website. We have two recommendations.
David and I have been thinking about this for a while, and we are trying out best to accomodate everyone, especially those coming from farther away to witness this beautiful Sacrament! First of all, thank you for making every possible sacrifice to make this happen. As I had mentioned before, Nacogdoches does not have a public transportation service that could reach the airport and back. However, I do have some very gracious friends that have offered to help with this depending on when flights land. Please, once you buy your ticket, TEXT ADELLE. If you know about other friends or other family members that are flying, COORDINATE WITH THEM! We cannot do that for you, we apologize. The more people land together, the higher the possibility of travel can be arranged. Please know that we are not in charge of getting you from one place to another, but we want to help you as much as we can! With Adelle student teaching and trying to graduate, and David working two jobs, we cannot be on top of everyone's flight. Please coordinate and communicate with Adelle AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if you are flying!! Reference back to the Travel section of our website to see airport recommendations!
The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to contribute to our new family, a wedding card can be dropped in the card box at the reception. There is also the Registry section which not only includes gifts that we have picked out already and find necessary, but also an online option for your donation. We highly appreciate your prayers as well!
That is a fantastic question!! St. Anthony of Padua and St. Maria Goretti are really close to our hearts. Although May 15th is the feast day of St. Isidore (and we like him a lot!), our best saint friend as a couple has been St. Rita of Cascia. Pray that we may have trust and peace in these last few months before our Wedding Day, and that God may continue to bless us and through us afterwards!
YES! Adelle's graduation happens the week before, May 8th. Time has not been confirmed yet, but it would be more than likely in the afternoon or evening. Everyone is welcome!
