This is about 30 minutes from the hotel/venue. Please arrange for your own transportation to/from. It will begin promptly at 2:00pm so please plan to arrive by 1:45pm.

This is about 10 minutes from the hotel room block. We will provide transportation to/from the hotel to the reception venue departing at 4:45 pm.

We will be providing pizza, canned cocktails & beer. Meet us in the lobby/fire pit area of the hotel. Feel free to change into comfy clothes in your room first!
