Rachel has been prepping for her maid of honor role by watching Say Yes To The Dress since its'premier in 2008, and obsessively sending Sydney Pinterest wedding links since Sydney and David started dating. She is also the mother of the ring bearer, 3 year old Tucker James.

Ethan has been close friends with David since childhood, and became friends with Sydney in high school at HCA. One day Ethan told David to talk to his friend Sydney for the first time, and the rest is history. He still manages to get into shenanigans with David and always puts up with Sydney's intense love of board games.
Carley Dykstra

Carley played volleyball with Sydney in college, but what makes her special is that she knows Sydney's love language, exactly how Sydney takes her tea, and is always down for long talks over breakfast. While no one is perfect, Carley is pretty dang close, and Sydney hopes to have the can-do attitude and God-honoring relationship that Carley has someday.

Charles is the kind of friend who would give you the shirt off his back. Always up for a run to Taco Bell or staying up til dawn on Xbox, Charles is the type of friend everyone wishes for. Becoming friends in middle school, and remaining close despite going to colleges hours apart, the two's friendship has stood the test of time.

Wife of the best man, Karina quickly became friends with Sydney over many game nights spent at the Maughan's house. Karina can easily bring out the goofy side of Sydney, but is also someone who she can have a heart to heart with <3
Mark Ruhle
Groomsman
Mark was roommates with David for a majority of their time at Northwood. Mark and David co-parented cats Binx and Salem, and their love of cats and funny videos is obviously the main reason for their bond. Mark always keeps things entertaining and is a great friend.
Emilie Knudsen

The older sister of the groom, Emilie is generous and bubbly in all she does, and is talented hair stylist at Spa Blue. She's been calling Sydney "sister" since Davey proposed, and is always down for a glass of wine.
Tom Dieter
Groomsman
Tom, a close family friend since birth, saw David through all his highs and lows (cough the days of the zip of pants). Growing up as next door neighbors, most of David's favorite childhood memories involve Tom. Despite moving from next door to across the U.S., Tom will always be a close friend of David's.

Dani played volleyball at GVSU with Sydney, is arguably the most JOYFUL person Sydney knows, and is sure to light up the room with her smile. Dani has always been someone Sydney could open up to on a moments notice, and is so SWEET! Oh and did I mention she's single?
Tyler Willer

Being his older cousin, Tyler is someone who David looks up to for advice. They share very similar interests that help strengthen their bond, and spend most of their time playing games and being fascinated with technology. The two even traveled across the globe to Japan last summer!
Maddy Knudsen

The younger sister of the groom, Maddy keeps everyone in the family alive with her nursing knowledge. She's been on many an adventure with Davey and Sydney, and is responsible for many of the pictures you've seen of the two together over the years.
Keegan Haggarty

Just like David, Keegan was a kicker, and together they went through thick and thin while playing football at Northwood. Despite giving up his starting spot due to injury, Keegan selflessly worked with David to make sure he was ready to fill the spot. They often spent their free time at practice sharing stories, making up games, or hanging out under the goal post. "Haggs" is looked upon as not only a football mentor, but a great friend.
Tucker James

Tucker is Sydney’s favorite (and only) nephew! Cross your fingers he will walk down the aisle without his mom having to bribe him with crackers!
