Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We’ve curated a list of nearby hotels for your convenience. You can find all the details on our Travel Page. We recommend booking early, as availability may be limited during our wedding weekend.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be no on-site parking available for guests at our venue. To ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone, we will be providing shuttle transportation to and from the venue from Sonoma. Shuttle details, including pickup times and locations, will be shared closer to the date.

Can I bring a date?

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family. Due to space limitations, we kindly ask that only those explicitly listed on your invitation attend. Thank you for understanding—we wish we could celebrate with everyone!

What should I do if I have a food allergy or dietary restriction?

Answer

We want all our guests to feel comfortable and cared for. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please let us know when you RSVP. We will do our best to accommodate all special meal requests.

Is transportation provided to and from the hotels and venue?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle transportation will be provided to and from select hotels for the wedding. To maintain a timely schedule and to ensure everyone's safety, the use of our provided transportation will be required. More information about pickup times and locations will be included with your final itinerary.

Are children welcome at the wedding?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax and enjoy the evening. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for seating and to ensure shuttles run smoothly. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm.
