Almost 4 years ago, we were both in Sara and Jared Karr's wedding. David grew up across the street from Jared, and I met Sara my freshman year of college. We had never even heard of each other, and we didn't meet until the rehearsal dinner. It was so bizarre that we never met or even saw each other at any of the wedding festivities before that! At the rehearsal, I saw him lined up with the groomsmen and I remember thinking "Um, who is that!?" The next day at the wedding reception, he asked me to dance while everyone was still eating dinner. The first dance hadn't even happened yet. We were the only ones on the dance floor. I felt awkward and swooned all at the same time. Throughout the evening, we danced some more and talked a little, and then at the end of the night he walked me to my car. We talked for a while and it felt like we had known each other forever! He asked me for my number, and it went from there! Here we are, almost 4 years later and about to get MARRIED!
