Are kids allowed?

We’ve chosen to have an adults-only (21+) wedding to ensure all our guests can fully relax and enjoy the day. We hope you can appreciate our decision and join us for a wonderful celebration.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal attire, but those who wish to dress more formally are welcome to do so. For the welcome dinner, casual attire is permitted as we hope this will be a relaxing evening after travel.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same venue?
Answer
Yes! The ceremony and reception will both take place at Epic Event Centre.
Question
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Due to the August heat, the wedding and reception are both indoor events in a climate controlled venue.
Question
Will there be food options for people with dietary restrictions?
Answer
The reception will include a buffet style dinner for guests to help themselves to whatever they like. Specific dietary accommodations will include gluten free and vegetarian options.
Question
Will transportation be provided to and from the venue?
Answer
Yes! A shuttle will pick guests up at the hotels we have blocks with and drop them off at the venue. Return shuttles will run throughout the evening to allow guests to return to their hotels at various times (to be announced).
