When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by July 27, 2024 in order for us to get final numbers to the caterer.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately if you do not RSVP by July 27, 2024 you will be marked as not attending. We would love to celebrate with you, however we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept your RSVP. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you.)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space and to keep our special day as intimate as possible, we are only able to accommodate those listed specifically on the invitation. If you have been given a plus one, it will be stated on your invitation as "Your name and Guest."

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your children, due to limited venue space we are having an 'adult only' celebration with the exception of immediate family. We hope that this advance notice means you can make arrangements to join us in our celebration.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: No t-shirts, jeans, or tennis shoes please. Please avoid wearing white.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm CST. It is recommended that you arrive no later than 4:15pm CST. Guests arriving after the ceremony has started will be asked to remain outside until the ceremony has concluded.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Yes.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar. Cocktail hour will begin shortly after the ceremony.
