What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

The attire is garden formal. Feel free to dress your best, think Bridgerton garden party! We want you guys to look and feel good with us. P.s leave white for the bride. ;)

Are children allowed?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we will be an adult-only event. We kindly ask that you do not bring your children to the event, unless there have been prior arrangements have been with the wedding party. Thank you for your cooperation!

When should I rsvp by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 15th, 2025. If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll assume you're unable to attend, and will be marked as a "No". We appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible so we can inform our vendors. Thank you for your understanding!

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

As much as we would love to have everyone at our ceremony, we are having only immediate family attend the ceremony, and the rest of our favorite people will join us to celebrate at Bear Town Market on 402 S Front Street, New Bern, NC. For the family members who are attending the ceremony, the address will be provided for you separately.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

For those attending the ceremony, please arrive between 4:30-4:45pm. If you are late, you may be asked to stay back until the ceremony is finished.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to our intimate venue capacity, we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. We hope you understand and look forward to celebrating with you!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know if you have any allergies when you RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For the reception, there is limited parking space in downtown New Bern. We strongly encourage carpooling, or using a ride-sharing service. Uber and Lyft are both available in New Bern. If you are handicap or require special parking arrangements, please let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate you!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

You are more than welcome to carpool with other guests, if prior arrangements are made with them. There is also Uber and Lyft available. If you need special accommodations, please let us know and we will try our best to arrange something for you!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We do not expect gifts, but they are appreciated! If you are wanting to gift us something, please refer to our "registry" portion of our wedding website. We will also have a honeymoon fund jar at the reception as well as on our registry. We appreciate you!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the reception and ceremony will take place out doors.

Am I allowed to take pictures during the wedding?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, so our experience can be fully captured by our photographer. For the reception, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you want! Send them to the bride and groom so they can look back at those memories!

Is there anything else we should to know?

Answer

Please bring cash for cash bar. We will be having beer and wine for all of our guests, if you want other spirits there will be an open cash bar.
