Travel Note
You need a visa to come into China! Give it at least 3 weeks time. It costs $120, and it's valid for ten years. IF you don't live near an embassy it's probably more convenient to use a courier service who usually charge around $100 fee. Embassies in Texas are located in Dallas and Houston. NYC & LA have embassies
Flight
The nearest international airport is Shanghai. Feel free to travel before or after, please ! And let me know if you have any questions or want suggestions.
Hotel
If you're coming to the wedding Via Shanghai we have a group block at this hotel for two nights available depending on when you plan to arrive. Nov. 9th early afternoon a bus will drive us to Changzhou Shangri-La Hotel! (the day before the wedding)
Hotel
RSVP along with your guests name and we will take care of the booking checking-in the 9th, checking out the 11th (the day after the wedding)!
Train
Take the train in China, it's convenient and fast! Changzhou to Shanghai about one hour. Changzhou to Beijing around 4.5 hours. You'll probably be taking the bullet train out of Changzhou. Buying your ticket a couple of weeks ahead of time is completely fine, but you can buy up to 2 months in advance.
