How Do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP by either mailing back the enclosed card or by using our website (RSVP's will be active soon!). RSVP's are due by August 9th, 2024.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that all guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior (4:15pm) to the start of the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are asking all guests to wear cocktail attire. Use this as an opportunity to get dressed up! No jeans please.

Question

What is the color scheme?

Answer

The color scheme for the wedding is burgundy, terracotta, blush, and green. The bridal party is wearing burgundy and grey.

What will we be eating? What if I have a food allergy?

Answer

We are having a buffet style dinner! Options will include prime rib, stuffed chicken, tortellini alfredo, and a number of side dishes. If you have a dietary requirement, please specify it on the RSVP card or reach out to Steph or Corey

Can I bring a date?

We ask that you only arrive with guests attached to your RSVP/invitations.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have the entirety of Henniker Motel blocked off. It is conveniently located steps away from our venue. Please Reserve a room by August 1 to guarantee a room. Other than that, there are numerous hotels in Concord (~20minutes) to choose from.

Will My Children Be Invited?

Answer

While there may be a few children as a part of the wedding party, we want this to be an adult only affair! While we want you to treat this as a date night, we know sometimes things come up. Please reach out to Stephanie or Corey if necessary.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a large parking lot to park in. There are some stairs going up to the ceremony site and reception site but there are also elevators for those who may need them!

Is there an open bar?

Answer

We will be having a hosted cocktail bar (beer,wine, and cider) and a cash reception bar (cards accepted).

Is it inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting, while the reception is indoors. However there is a large deck off the reception site for people who may need fresh air
