How do I get to and from the wedding celebration down by the river at the Coenen's home?
Answer
For Hotel Indigo & Hotel Abacus Guests: A trolley shuttle service is available from your hotel to the wedding venue and back. To reserve your shuttle seats, please email info@callicoevents.com by April 19th. Include the names of everyone in your party who will be riding the shuttle. For All Other Guests: Please park at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Athens (780 Timothy Rd) or the overflow lot at St Stephen's Anglican Catholic Church (800 Timothy Rd). From there, you will be escorted to the trolley shuttle that will transport you to the wedding venue. Please note: Cars cannot be left overnight in either church parking lot. For Guests with Mobility Restrictions: A smaller vehicle will be available to transport you from the shuttle drop-off point to the wedding celebration area. If Taking Uber/Lyft: Have your driver drop you off at the Unitarian Church. (780 Timothy Rd.) Please board the trolley shuttle with other guests. Additional Transportation Information: Trolleys will be available throughout the evening for any needs. For any transportation questions, please email info@callicoevents.com.

What do I wear to the celebration on Saturday?
Answer
Please be sure to wear comfortable shoes! The party will take place on a field in the woods by the river. And as far as dress, please wear whatever feels best to you--sundresses, button downs/slacks (or shorts if that's more comfortable) are great.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love children, we will not be able to accomodate all of our guests' children at the wedding celebration. If you need assistance finding childcare, please let us know.
