Question

Is the wedding and reception going to be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside and reception will be held inside. In the case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved inside the White Magnolia Barn

Will face masks be required?

Answer

Masks will not be required, however, if you feel more comfortable wearing one, you are more than welcome to do so

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please wear your Sunday best, cocktail attire, or formal wear

When should guests arrive to the ceremony site?

Answer

Please arrive for the ceremony around 5 pm. The ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm and doors will be closed and remain shut to further guests until after the end of the ceremony

Are phones allowed for pictures or recording during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you silence and put away all phones during the ceremony. As our guests, we ask that you be present with us during this special time as our photographer and videographer capture the ceremony. Once the ceremony has concluded, we encourage you to take photos or videos during the reception and share them with us by tagging them with #journeytokearney2022

Where will the ceremony be held?

Answer

Grace Valley Farms has several ceremony sites across the venue. Our ceremony will take place at the Grace Falls site. When arriving at the venue, follow the gravel drive towards a small white barn. There will be a parking area near the barn and signs leading into the trees with a short walk on gravel to get to the ceremony. If there is rain, the ceremony will be held inside the small white barn

Where will the reception be held?

Answer

The reception will also be held at Grace Valley Farms. Once the ceremony has concluded, we ask that guests move cars to the large Reception Barn located on the right past the white house. There will be parking nearby with a sidewalk leading to the barn

Will alcohol be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes! A selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided during the Cocktail hour and Reception. The drinks are on us but please bring cash to tip the bartender! ***Please bring valid I.D. to be served alcohol!***
