State College Regional Airport (SCE) is the most convenient airport to fly into. Harrisburg International Airport (MDT) is another good option, but is about an hour and a half away.

There are certainly other hotels nearby for less—State College doesn't have a big downtown—but if they aren't downtown, it might be a little more difficult to get around, so you might need a vehicle!
Shuttle
Shuttle from State College to the Wedding Venue (and back)

Gillbrook Farms (wedding location) is ~30 minutes from State College. A bus that seats 55 will run from downtown to the venue at 2:30pm & 3:30pm, and will make return trips in the evening, we expect around 9:00pm, 10:15pm, & 11:30pm. The shuttle will pick up and drop off at the bus stop located at 121 S Burrowes St, State College, PA 16801
