We like to put our own spin on things. We have found the perfect Guest Book option for us and best fits our taste. We will have a FeteFone number that all of you are able to call to leave messages for us to listen to and cherish forever. We will upload the number here, which you will be able to leave messages beginning 3 weeks before the wedding, during the wedding (like a traditional Guest Book), and up to a week after our wedding day (this could be interesting for those of you staying to party the week after!). We will then be emailed the mp3 files of all of your recordings to save forever. This is the perfect option for those of you who are traveling to celebrate with us and for those of you who will not be able to travel the distance but would still like to be included in helping to make our wedding memories. We love all of you and cannot wait to listen to your messages for years to come! Phone number to call: (585) 440-5660
There are three menu options being offered for our plated meal. 1) Coconut Chicken Breast topped with Pineapple Salsa 2) Grilled Mahi Mahi topped with Mango Salsa 3) Roasted Vegetable Risotto Please select which menu option you would like to eat on the RSVP card.
Attire: While the ceremony is a beach ceremony, we're still asking our guests dress in "Dressy Casual" or "Beach Formal". Shoes: Because the wedding ceremony will be taking place on the beach, the wedding party is all planning to be barefoot. We are not expecting anyone to be able to walk on the sand in dress shoes, and we want all of our guests to be comfortable. Please anticipate being barefoot or wearing comfortable shoes to walk onto the sand with. As some of the wedding party is planning, guests can then switch over into dressier shoes for the reception.
The answer is both. We are planning an outdoor ceremony on the beach directly behind the hotel. Please wear comfortable shoes, or no shoes at all for the ceremony! We are then having the reception in the Wright Ballroom, which is located on the 1st floor of the hotel. In the event that the weather does not cooperate, we will move the ceremony into the Wright Ballroom. Fingers crossed the Mother Nature plays nice.
We understand times are hard for a lot of people, and everyone's safety is one of our top concerns. Our fingers are crossed that the virus will be under control by the time our wedding date rolls around next year, but in the event it is not, we will post any plan changes to this website. At this time, we are planning for a normal, non-masked wedding. We will abide by any restrictions and policies that may be in effect at the time of the wedding. Please bear with us as things develop on this topic.
