Why on earth are you having your wedding at the airport?!

Answer

As a child, the TWA terminal always fascinated me. Its space-age design resembled something straight out of The Jetsons. Having never been inside, it always remained this mysterious building from the future, evoking images of flying cars and robot staff.    The terminal was saved from demolition and re-imagined as the TWA Hotel in 2019, restoring as many of the iconic architectural and interior design elements and attributes from the original design as possible.   Dave & I first stayed at the TWA Hotel in 2022 on our way to our yearly trip to Mexico. We were immediately transported to another era in time and fell in love instantly. Now, instead of envisioning a futuristic setting, I see it as a retro masterpiece that evokes images of Don Draper, comfortably seated at the bar, sipping on an old-fashioned cocktail as he contemplates the world around him.  We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We’ve lived together long enough to have everything we need, so your presence is the only gift we ask for. But if you’d like, feel free to contribute to our cash fund(s) through the registry on our website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please try to be at the Sunken Lounge area by 5PM, ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

TWA only offers valet parking for guests. There is no self parking. We're paying for guest parking, just tell the attendant you are here for the Pilar/Bramfitt wedding.

Getting to and from the hotel if you aren't staying at TWA

Answer

We would recommend taking a cab, uber or lyft if you are staying nearby so you can fully enjoy the night and not have to worry about a designated driver :-)
