Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony start time. We will be starting promptly at 3pm, so please arrive no later than 2:45pm.

Where is the ceremony, and will there be parking?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be at The Forest Hall at Chatham Mills venue, located at 480 Hillsboro St Suite 530, Pittsboro, NC 27312. Parking is in the front lot. There is a local market store also in the building, please do not enter through their business. There is a designated door and hallway that will lead you to the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Our dress code is cocktail or semi-formal attire!

What food will be served?

Answer

The hors d'oeuvre that will be served are teriyaki chicken kabobs. For dinner, there will be a caesar salad with croutons and dressing on the side, chicken marsala with mushrooms, and sides of roasted potatoes & a squash and pepper medley. The catering company will have notes of items with common allergies (gluten, dairy, etc.) when you go through the buffet line. If you have allergies or dietary needs where you may need another meal provided, please let us know on your RSVP so we can accommodate with our catering company. Just reach out to Peyton or Dave with questions - but please let us know ASAP. we have to submit final numbers and food orders to our vendors at least 1 week prior to the wedding date (by November 11).

Can I bring a plus 1?

Dates and plus 1's were specified on invitations. If it was not included on your invite, sadly we are unable to accommodate extra guests. Thanks for understanding and reach out if you are unsure!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We have included your children in our guest list. However, children under the age of 3 will not have their own individual seats at our reception dinner. Please reach out ASAP with any questions or concerns!
