When should I RSVP by?

Question
Will children be invited to the wedding?
Answer
Although we love your children, this will be a child-free wedding for guests, so our friends and family with kids will be able to enjoy a break from watching them for the evening. Please refer to the 'RSVP' tab/section (once it becomes available) for any questions regarding your invitation (once you receive it) and who in your family is invited.

Is there a hotel room block?
Answer
Yes, we will be staying at Hotel 1620 for the whole weekend. There is a room block with a code for the discount (it must be entered as the "Group Code" on the hotel website) in the 'Travel' tab/section if you would like to stay there as well. Reservations can be made under it for any or all nights from 8/21-8/24. We can reserve additional room blocks if it fills up. Alternatively, we have included other hotels on the page if you would like to stay somewhere else.

Will the wedding be inside or outside?
Answer
The ceremony will be outside at the venue (weather permitting). The cocktail hour and the reception will be inside the venue.

Can I take photos of the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that you please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to ensure that everyone fully enjoys and focuses on staying present during this special moment. We will have professional photographers and videographers that will capture the entire ceremony.

What should I wear?
Answer
We kindly request that guests dress in formal or semi-formal attire for our wedding, though there are no color requirements.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
There will not be transportation provided for guests, however, there will be plenty of parking available at the venue. (see Q & A below)
Question
Will there be free parking available at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there will be plenty of free parking available at Waverly Oaks Golf Club, and if needed, you can leave your vehicle there overnight after the wedding.

Will there be a Welcome Party?
Answer
Yes, there will be a Welcome Party the night before our wedding, on Saturday 8/22 from 5:00-9:00pm in the 'Atlantic Room' in Hotel 1620. Please see the 'Schedule' tab/section for additional details.

Will there be an After Party?
Answer
Yes, there will be a party right after the wedding event ends on Sunday 8/23, starting at 11:00 PM. It will be at the Hotel 1620 bar called '1620 Bistro'. Please see the 'Schedule' tab/section for additional details.
