Camping Set-Up - 11:00 am - 3:30 pm

To those setting up tents, you can arrive anytime after 11:00 am. If you need to freshen up before the ceremony there are washrooms and showers available near the campground (imagine similar washrooms & showers to provincial park facilities).

Ceremony - 4:00 PM

Semi-Casual Attire.
The ceremony will be held outdoors on the grass, keep this in mind when picking out footwear. In the event that it rains the ceremony will be moved underneath the pavilion. The most important thing to us is that you are comfortable! 

Dinner - 6:00 PM

After the ceremony, guests can head over to the pavilion for beverages and a light appetizer. Guests can choose to sit where ever they like among the many round tables. Dinner will begin at 6:00 PM with a night full of dancing, laughs and bonfires to follow.
