This B&B offers a variety of stay options, ranging from economical apartments with full kitchen or kitchenette. It has amazing views of the mountains and is centrally located to both Palmer and Wasilla where we live. They also deliver a continental breakfast to your fridge every morning.

Best Western Lake Lucille Inn

This hotel is located in Wasilla, on Lake Lucille, and is the closest hotel to the wedding venue. It is a standard Best Western, so the normal accommodations to be expected are provided, such as free hot breakfast, and free parking, Rooms facing Lake Lucille are available, but fill up quickly. Other rooms would be facing the parking lot, but there is plenty of deck and lawn space facing the lake that can be utilized.

This hotel is in the heart of Wasilla, located on Wasilla Lake and has a panoramic view of the mountains. There are kayak, paddle boat and paddle board rentals available. The bistro connected to the hotel is pricey and has been a hit or miss with food and service. Despite this, we do suggest drinks and apps on the deck, as long as you are not in a rush.
