What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Join us for a pre-ceremony beverage before the festivities begin If you are staying at the hotel, there is a complimentary shuttle that will be departing at 4:00pm

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dressy casual Gents, think suit or blazer instead of a tux. And ladies, grab your favorite dress or jumper, but leave the stilettos at home. We'll be dancing the night away on the lawn under the stars, so appropriate footwear and a light jacket is recommended!

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes - there is street parking on Coventry Meadows Drive. Please do not park in the cul-de-sac to accommodate the shuttle. Also note, parking is a short walk from the venue

Is there transportation to and from the hotel?

Yes - a shuttle will be provided to and from the venue. Please reference our 'Travel & Accommodation' page for details

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you

While we love the kiddos in our lives, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event Kids are welcome to the BBQ the day after though!
