How soon should I book my accommodations?

Very! March is Fredericksburg's busy season, so the sooner you book a room at one of our hotel blocks (Inn on Barons Creek or Holiday Inn Express) or an AirBnb/VRBO the better.

How do I get to Contigo Ranch?

Answer

From Fredericksburg, you'll take Ranch Rd 965 for 11 miles, then turn right onto Lower Crabapple Rd. Contigo Ranch will be on your left in 1.5 miles. Do not take Lower Crabapple Rd all the way from Fredericksburg (instead of Ranch Rd 965), it will take you through private property. There will also be a shuttle leaving from the Inn on Barons Creek to the venue on Saturday.

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

Once you arrive at Contigo Ranch, stay to the right and follow signs to the top of the bluff. Quick tip: if you are still going upward, you are probably going the right way! Prepare for cold weather - the ceremony is outside!
