The Ellwood at Goleta Beach
If you are flying into the Santa Barbara Airport, The Ellwood is just a minute away! Stop by post-flight for some oceanfront cocktails and breathtaking views to kickoff the California wedding weekend!
Miramar Beach Bar & Manor Bar
Georgie & Dave will be here for sunset cocktails on Friday night! Come on by! Not only is the Rosewood Miramar Hotel breathtakingly beautiful by itself, but it also offers the best ocean view and cocktails! Keep your eyes peeled, you might be sitting next to a celebrity at the bar! While visiting the Beach Bar, walk down the few steps from the patio, and bring your drink to catch a California July sunset (queue the song "Sunset in July" by 311 to really be on brand!). We also highly recommend visiting the Manor Bar located just a quick walk across from the Beach Bar. They will occasionally have live performances, always great cocktails, with a very chic & luxurious setting to make you feel like you are in the Marilyn Monroe era of the California days. Sunset will be around 8:00 PM.
CAJÉ Coffee Roasters
The BEST and most beautiful coffee you will ever have! And if you visit before or after Sunday, you will notice it looks familiar. Caje hard closes at 1pm to begin flipping the space into Villa & Vine in the evening to set up for events aka weddings like ours! Georgie fell in love with this coffee shop visiting with her sisters, and after taking Dave here after church, we knew Santa Barbara would be our dream Grecian wedding venue -- without the international travel! The "Bella Rose" and "Burnout" are some favorites from their specialty menu!
Southern California Wine Tasting
When in California....drink wine! Southern California wine country offers a sun-soaked blend of scenic vineyards, rolling hills, and a laid-back charm that sets it apart from anywhere else. We highly recommend a visit to Santa Barbara wine country, or if driving up the coast from LAX, make a pit stop in Malibu at Cielo Farms!
The Funk Zone
The Funkzone is an area of Santa Barbara located near lower State Street by the waterfront. Think of it as the eccentric, or the 'funky' version of the State Street Promenade, in the best way! It offers a great variety of breweries/taprooms, wine bars, seafood, and Mexican food options! Definitely worth a visit to walk around especially if heading by the ocean. If you are staying at the Riviera Beach House, it is located here in the Funk Zone.

Swanky piano bar vibes!
