Do I have to come for the whole weekend?

Answer

No! Come for any part of the trip! Assateague is a really great place & we want to share the wild horse magic with everyone!

What should I bring?

Answer

Usual camp gear--tent, sleep-ware, clothes, toiletries, bug spray, anything else you might want (babywipes, tp, etc) Beach gear--swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, etc

I don't have a tent--what do I do?

Answer

Let us know via the RSVP page! We'll either share out extra tents or rent ones for those who need.

Will there be food and booze provided?

Answer

Dave and Evie are planning a menu for the weekend (5 meals total plus snacks) but any extra food or snacks are welcome! As for booze--we'll be bringing plenty but if you'd like to make sure you have something you like feel free to bring a six pack or even some powerade.

How many tents can fit on a campsite?

Answer

Assateague rules allow 3 tents per campsite.

6 campers per campsite, per recreation.gov camp rules

How many campsites do we have for the weekend?

Answer

We've booked 5 campsites--C39, C40, C41, C43, and C49--they're all on the bay side of the island
