Are Kids Invited?

Answer

We love your kids - we really do, but we want our wedding to be your night off! The Rotary Park also is right on the Big Wood River so we don't feel it is safe to have young ones wandering down to the river. If you are looking for a local babysitter for that evening, there is a babysitter contact list Christy can provide via email.

Is there an After party?

Answer

HECK YEAH! Since noise ordinance keeps us from staying too late at the park, the party continues upstairs at Whiskey Jacques on Main Street! Whiskey’s has a large open air space above their regular bar. We will have a full service cash bar and the DJ will keep the party going! We have decided to skip karaoke due to COVID precautions.

Do you have a Distancing/COVID plan in place?

Answer

Yes. Being that we are having our wedding in a City Park, we were required to submit a Covid plan to be approved by Ketchum City Counsel. All of our vendors are aware of the precautions and we will have 2 sanitizing stations and providing masks to guests and vendors alike. Seating will be spread out and dinner tables will be limited to 6 people per table or in family groups. There are also several park benches that are located outside the tent that you are welcome to use for dining seating if that is your comfort level.
