Arrive Thursday, Friday, or whenever works best for you. We’ll be in Vegas starting Thursday morning and gathering as everyone arrives. ⸻ ✨ The Vibe This weekend is all about ease, fun, and a little Vegas sparkle. ✨ Thursday: Join us for welcome drinks at Beer Park—hosted by the bride and groom. 🍻 ✨ Group plans have been coordinated for meals and events—join in wherever you’d like. 🍽️ Guests will purchase their own meals, drinks, and event tickets unless otherwise noted. ✨ Wedding Day (Friday): Dinner will be hosted by the bride’s family (alcohol not included). Pop in, say hello, and kick off the weekend in true Vegas style! Swing by to grab your welcome bag — inside you’ll find the full weekend itinerary, a chic little something to wear for Friday brunch photos, and a few curated surprises to begin the celebration. Mingle with fellow guests, enjoy a few lighthearted games for a chance to win prizes, and sip on a celebratory drinks provided by bride and groom before we head to dinner and the show. You’re welcome to drop your bag in your hotel room (or leave it with the front desk) so you can enjoy the evening hands-free and ready for the Vegas lights. Let the gold, glam, and unforgettable memories begin. ✨🥂

We’ve reserved a private Martha Stewart Villa for the day—complete with a TV, fridge, personal bartender, and of course… cookies. Think sunshine, good music, sweet treats, and a little sparkle. Come hang out, cool off, grab a drink, and enjoy the moment—no agenda, just good vibes and great company. Feel free to stop by whenever you’d like and stay as long (or short) as you please. ✨🪩🍪

Cirque After Dark- Classic Vegas Show

8:30 PM – Mystère by Cirque du Soleil at Treasure Island Hotel & Casino We’re planning a classic Vegas show night — jaw-dropping acrobatics, bold costumes, dramatic music, and the iconic Cirque spectacle that feels so only in Vegas. We’ll be seated in Section 201 (Category 4) if you’d like to join us — feel free to grab tickets nearby so we can enjoy the show together. This is an optional outing, but expect sparkle, energy, and a little late-night magic. Vegas glam or chic cocktail attire encouraged. Tickets can be purchased at Vegas.com or Treasure island’s box office.

After some downtime, we’ll head to Fremont Street for live music, drinks, and classic Old Vegas vibes. Evening Walk Schedule Meet-Up Start: Atomic Liquors – opening cocktails and first meet point This schedule is intentionally flexible and designed for easy follow-along. All stops are close together, making it simple to join, step away, or rejoin throughout the evening. Fremont is packed with casinos, cocktail bars, and late-night food side-by-side.
