Where should I stay?

Answer

The wedding venue is about 25 minutes from North Conway, NH, which has many options for lodging. We have reserved a hotel block at the new Cambria Hotel in North Conway. There are rooms available in the block at $279/night on the nights of Friday, 1/31 and Saturday, 2/1. Please book your room by following this link (www.choicehotels.com/reservations/groups/SN95I4), or by calling the hotel and referencing the Butler Peterson Wedding block. The block closes on January 1st, 2025, or once it is filled! Note that there is lodging available onsite for immediate family and the wedding party.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, parking is available at the Preserve. The wedding and reception are both located onsite at the Preserve.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Sure! Your children will be listed on your household RSVP profile so just let us know if they are coming so we can make sure there's enough food and seats for them.

When will we eat?

Answer

Cocktail hour will begin at the reception venue at 4:30pm - apps and drinks will be available. Dinner will begin at 5:45pm.

Will everything be held indoors? Will I need my coat?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held indoors! The ceremony building is a bit more rustic, so be sure to bring your coat just in case. The reception building is outfitted with all the modern amenities and will be warm & cozy. We'll also have fire pits & fireplaces going outside, in case you'd like to step outside for some fresh air!
