What are the food options?

Your dinner option choices are: 1) Beef - Filet Mignon, Zinfandel Reduction, Shallot Truffle Butter 2) Chicken - Stuffed Breast of Chicken, Spinach, Ricotta Cheese and Red Pepper Coulis 3) Fish - Chillean Sea Bass with Sherry Teardrop Tomato Vinaigrette We will also be having a vegetarian option. Please let me know if you have any other dietary needs that we need to consider!

5pm - Weather permitting, you will be taking a "ride" up to the top of the mountain!! Give yourself plenty of time.

Where should guests park and are do any fees apply?

Answer

At the Red Tail Lodge parking lot, designated for the Bride and Groom (to the right of Appalachian Hotel). There is no fee to park!

Is this an adults-only wedding or are kids welcomed?

Answer

We are trying to keep the wedding to adults-only. Please let us know if you would like/need to bring your little ones along!
