Do I have to use the wedding/group booking site? What if I find a cheaper price?

Answer

To ensure a seat at the wedding, all rooms must be made through our booking site. If you find a cheaper price, please reach out to the number and email below and they will price match! ccweddingspr@thepalacecompany.com 1-877-725-4933

Do I have to pay for my room when I book? Is a payment plan available?

Answer

You do not need to pay for your room at the time of booking. While the site does not offer a set payment plan, you have the option to make periodical payments at your own will. To do so, please email ccweddingspr@thepalacecompany.com with your confirmation number and request a link to make a partial payment. All rooms must be paid in full 31 days prior to arrival.

Is a passport book required? How do I obtain a passport?

Answer

Does the resort offer childcare services?

Answer

The resort offers a kids club called The Playroom for children 4-12, where children can play in state-of-the-art areas with food and drinks included and a dedicated team of staff to look after them. Children under the age of 4 are welcome, however they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
