What are you doing to ensure safety and guests' comfort relating to COVID?

Answer

We are requiring guests to be either fully vaccinated or have a negative COVID test before attending. Proof of vaccination or negative COVID test results will be required at the door. Please reach out to us if you are unable to obtain a COVID test before the event.

Where do I RSVP and when is the deadline?

New Invitations and RSVP cards will be sent for our new date. Please RSVP no later than July 1, 2021.

Hyatt Parking - Valet Parking only at Hyatt HB - $20.00 (we recommend utilizing Uber or Lyft to the venue instead).

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors at the California Courtyard at the Hyatt. Bring your sunglasses! The reception will take place indoors in the Huntington Ballroom at the Hyatt. Bring your dancing shoes!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bride & groom, family members, and bridal party will be taking pictures nearby. Guests can head directly to cocktail hour in the lobby of the ballroom.
