Question

What precautions are being taken for COVID-19?

Answer

We are asking that everyone wear a mask, and highly recommending that guests receive a COVID test before attending. Please do not attend, if you feel sick. In addition, our venue is following precautions recommended by the state. You can find out more about what they are doing on their website. https://troutlakeweddings.com/coronavirus-faqs/

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal. Our ceremony will be outside (weather permitting), so plan on bringing an extra layer, and appropriate shoes just in case!

Question

Is there a shuttle to/from the hotels?

Answer

Due to the current climate, we felt that group transportation was not the safest option. We are asking that you drive yourself, or carpool if you are comfortable. There will be plenty of parking on site.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to our current climate and due to restrictions set forth by our venue, we had to cut our guest list to only include anyone over the age of 12, and a few children that are part of the bridal party. The number of reserved seats on your RSVP card indicates how many members of the family are invited.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation states how many seats we have reserved for you. We have a strict guest list to stay on budget and adhere with local guidelines, therefore please only bring the number of people stated on your invitation.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting at 4pm, so please plan to arrive by 3:45pm

Question

What kind of food is being served?

Answer

Currently, the food will be served via buffet, with a variety of options. The venue will be taking necessary measures to keep all guests safe. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.
