Hi everyone. My name is Joseph Manley, fiancé to Zandile Thusi . I am Peter’s best friend,best man and also former high school & middle class mate. Peter know not only how to plan something he has to do but exactly which is the most productive path to follow, Daugette can testify that how he planned the engagement on vacation. I remember the first time I met Daugette. I knew she was the sweetest woman...and then I saw her in Maryland when they came for vacation . That’s when I knew she was the woman for him. No one deserves to have a loving, dedicated, and loyal partner more than Peter. This is why I’m so happy to know that he gets to spend the rest of his life with Daugette the kindest and most warm-hearted person. I am a happy man when ever I see them both and also a hard times for me. It’s the day when I have to finally come to terms with the fact that I’m no longer Peter’s true best friend. That title has now been passed to Daugette. While I’m a bit envious, I couldn’t be happier that she’s the one taking this title from me. To be honest, it was never even close. Daugette push Peter out of his comfort zone ,makes him laugh harder, smile often and she is there for him always. The best job I have seen Daugette does with Peter is She come to terms with Peter’s fiery temper and he lose some of the stubbornness. I can go more and more of these two best characters and lovely kind hearted but trust me it won’t end , so Cheers to my best friend and his new best friend!

Daugette and I met in 2017, working alongside each other at Duke Raleigh Hospital. Although we were both graduates of NCCU nursing program, we weren’t familiar with each other. As we continued to work together, I got to know her, and we got closer. She became more than a friend, but family. I remember all the long talks during our lunch breaks and eventually spending time outside of work. My mother loved her, and I knew she would always be a genuine friend/sister.
