Are the ceremony and reception at the same venue?

Answer

Different venues! The ceremony is at Our Lady of Mercy in East Greenwhich and the reception is at Quidnessett Country Club in North Kingstown. Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church- 65 3rd Street East Greenwich, RI 02818 Quidnessett Country Club- 950 N Quidnessett Rd. North Kingstown, RI 02852

What's The Dress Code?

Answer

Semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses and gentlemen should wear a suit and tie. Please no jeans.

What Time Should I arrive?

Answer

For the ceremony, please arrive at Our Lady of Mercy Church no later than 1:45pm. The reception begins with a cocktail hour at 5pm.

Where should guests park?

Answer

At the ceremony, there is a large parking lot to the left of the church. If you choose to drive to the reception instead of utilizing transportation provided, free parking is available at the venue. Follow sings for banquet parking.

What Happens after the ceremony

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking photos. Guests who are utilizing the transportation should return to their hotel for pickup at 3:45pm. Guests who choose to drive themselves to the reception have two hours until the reception begins. We suggest having a drink at Main Street Coffee! 137 Main St. East Greenwhich RI, 02818

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly.

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

There will be an option to add food allergies when completing the RSVP form.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. Wedding guests are responsible for their own transportation to the ceremony. There is transportation provided from the hotels to the reception and afterparty. Please see additional information on the accommodation/transportation page of this website.

Can I bring my child?

We respectfully request no children under 16 at the reception.
