Jenna and Sean officially met through Sean's older sister, Katie. Jenna and Katie were friends since high school, but Jenna only really met Sean in passing. One night in June of 2015, Jenna, Katie, and some of their girlfriends were going out in Seaside. Sean and his friends decided to join them and crash their girls night out. Jenna and Sean instantly starting talking and hit it off all night. After exchanging numbers and texting for a few days, Jenna asked Sean to go out and grab some lunch and a drink at Patio Bar. Jenna and Sean began to hangout all the time and on August 29th, 2015, Sean officially asked Jenna to be his girlfriend. As they say, the rest is history!

Jenna and Sean were finally on vacation in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. After rescheduling their trip multiple times due to COVID, Sean thought this well deserved vacation would be the perfect time to ask Jenna to marry him. When Jenna and Sean arrived to their ocean view suite, they instantly went onto the balcony to soak up the breathtaking view. At that time, Sean felt like it was a perfect moment to pop the question, so he went inside to get the ring. BUT, that got delayed when they heard a knock on the hotel door, their butler was bringing them their luggage. Jenna wanted to unpack but Sean did everything in his power to get her back on the balcony. Jenna went back out on the balcony and Sean got down on one knee and asked Jenna to marry him. Jenna was SO surprised but little did she know, just about all their friends and family back home knew this was happening. It was the most perfect moment and they had the rest of their vacation to celebrate!
