Answer
Yes - If you're arriving in town early for the wedding, we'd love to welcome you to Charlotte at one of our favorite local spots Olde Mecklenburg Brewery in Ballantyne. Check the schedule page for more information.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
No. Parking is free at the venue. Uber or Lyft is recommended!

What kind of food will be served?
Answer
During the cocktail hour, a variety of hors d’oeuvres will be served. Afterward, guests can enjoy a buffet featuring salmon and chicken options, accompanied by a selection of side dishes.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, with an indoor option available in case of bad weather. The reception will be held indoors.

What is the schedule for the day?
Answer
Ceremony starts at 5pm. Cocktail hour will begin at 5:30pm. The reception will begin at 6:30pm and end at 10pm.

Can I leave my car overnight?
Answer
Yes! Cars can be left overnight and must be picked up by 11:00am the next day.
