Question

Important message from the couple

Answer

We are aware of the unforeseen pandemic that we are enduring in this season. The health and well-being of all of our intended guests are both of high importance to us. We understand that some guests may not want to physically be present with us, but they still may want to celebrate with us. We will try our best to live stream the ceremony and segments of the reception for guests who plan to opt-out physically but still want to attend virtually. We ask that if any guest is ill in the upcoming weeks and/or week of the wedding with symptoms consisting of but not limited to the following: Shortness of breath, intense headaches, cough, chest pains, or stomach pains-please stay home. Guests with other health conditions that can cause weakened immune systems or possibility of contracting COVID-19, please avoid attending. We want everyone to celebrate with us in a safe manner. We will send out a virtual invitation the week of the wedding for virtual guests.

Question

Will the wedding still resume due to Covid-19?

Answer

Yes, the wedding will still occur under the Covid-19 guidelines mandated by the Governor of Louisiana. We ask that guests take the proper precautions and continue social distancing protocols including frequent handwashing and the wearing of facial masks. Only 100 guests are allowed in the church under the Covid-19 rules. We ask that our close family guests who plan to attend the ceremony be prompt to secure a safe seat. The ceremony will be live-streamed to accommodate other guests.
