How can I make room reservations?

Answer

By using the link on the "Travel" page, or you can also make reservations via the following: 866-536-8477 or 1-800-HILTONS (toll free, 24-hour reservation center). Make sure to mention "SMITHERS-SMITH Wedding".

What time is check-in and check-out for the resort?

Answer

Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.

When is the deadline to reserve a room at the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort?

Answer

The deadline to reserve your room using our room block is May 19, 2026 by 11:59 pm. Afterwards, you may still be able to book a room, but it will not be with our discount.

Will all events take place at the host hotel?

Answer

Friday and Saturday events will take place at the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort. Sunday will be off site, please check our schedule of events for location and address.

Will there be directional signage for each event?

Answer

Yes! All meeting locations with the exceptions of the Terraces will have a digital sign with our picture and title indicating the event name and times. For the Terraces, the Hotel will provide paper signs marking the location of the outdoor spaces and the event times.

What if I get a “sold out” message when booking my room?

Answer

If you get a “sold out message”, select “Book a Room” on the landing page and then “Edit Stay” on the following page, to change the dates. This will allow you to search for available rooms on alternates dates during our event. If you have any questions or need assistance please call Hotel Reservations at 386-947-8024 and provide the group code: SSW to the agent in order to receive the special pricing.

How much is parking at the resort?

Current parking fees: Overnight Valet: $50 + tax Overnight Self-Parking: $35 + tax (Group has discounted overnight self parking per contract at $25 +) Daily Valet: $30 + tax (Group has discounted Daily Valet at $25 +) Daily Self-Parking: $25 + tax (Group has discounted Daily Self Parking at $20 +) Bus Parking: $100 + tax Trailer Parking: $5 per foot + tax Motorcycle Parking: $20 per bike + tax For Overnight Guest Valet Parking, please arrive at the Hotel Main Entrance (South Tower) located at 100 N. Atlantic Ave Daytona Beach, FL 32118. The Hilton Self Parking Lot is located on Auditorium Blvd - across the street from the Hotel's main entrance, directly behind the Hog Heaven BBQ Restaurant. Any guests who are not staying at the hotel but driving to the hotel to attend the events can Self Park in the Hilton Lot or utilize the North Tower Valet located at the Hyde Park Steakhouse Entrance.
