Neither of us had ever been on a blind date, prior to our meeting. Were it not for the persistence of my Dental Hygienist, Dasha's co-worker, (shout out to Lynne!) and a little bit of faith, neither of us would have ever agreed to it. However, something in both of us told us that we should meet for at least a first date, and see how it goes. We met at Prato on Park Ave where we saw each other in person for the first time, as you could guess, since we are writing this, it went pretty well ;) From that first date, we quickly had a second date just a few short days later, and realized there was something very special between the two of us. From that day forward, our feelings for each other only grew stronger, and talks of marriage, and a future together became common occurrences. Six months into dating, we became engaged and the rest is History!
