Warm Welcomes - 1 pm @ Cabin Area: Start things off with getting situated in your bunk, exploring Camp OVY grounds and have a brew. The wedding party will be busy transforming the camp into wedding paradise, but you’re are invited to come and get the party started. Camp Olympics - 3:00 pm @ Main Field: Bring your tennies for a little (friendly) competition to -kick- off the weekend festivities. Come ready! Potluck BBQ - 5:30pm @ Willow Glen: Bring your favorite dish to share and get ready to BBQ! We will be sharing stories from the day and having a fun game of trivia. Campfire & Movie - 8:00pm @ Amphitheater: Since tomorrow will be a big day, we’ll take it down a notch with relaxing fireside banter, movies on the big screen and gossip about guests’ love lives.

Guided Yoga Session - 9:30am @ Main Lawn: Anyone who enjoys crunchy granola is welcomed to join this yoga lesson led by _______ to start the day off and help cure the hangover. Brunch - 10:00am to 1:00pm @ Great Hall: We’ll have coffee, tea, and an assortment of breakfast foods and snacks available all morning and early afternoon Lawn Games & Hikes - All morning @ Main Lawn: We will have cornhole, giant Jenga, badminton, and other games set up. You are also welcome to hike the trails on the 100 acres of OVY grounds.

Casual Breakfast Redux - All morning @ Great Hall: Everything from Saturday breakfast, plus fresh donuts to sweeten the deal Collective Clean - 10:30 am @ Everywhere: Big collective effort to clean this place up! Hangover - All morning @ Following you around: Don’t forget to hydrate Exodus - 12:30 pm @ Main Gate: You don’t have to go home but you can’t stay here. We all have to be out by 1:00pm.

Shuttle from HMB - 2:00pm @ Quality Inn, HMB: For guests staying in Half Moon Bay, catch a ride from the Quality Inn Hotel to Camp OVY. Prep for Wedding - 1:00 pm @ Accommodations: We’ll have a glam station with mirrors for folks who are staying in tents & cabins. Ceremony - 3:00 pm @ Redwood Grove: The emotional core of the event, in which Nick and Daryl commit to spend the rest of their lives together Reception Happy Hour - 4:00pm @ Main Lawn: Hugs, champagne, photos, cheese, and laughter Dinner - 5:30pm @ Main Lawn: Trivia. delicious food and heartfelt toasts Cake & Dessert - 7:15pm @ Main Lawn: If we manage to wait this long before cutting into Hailey’s confectionary masterpiece or other assortment of desserts. Dance Party - 7:30pm @ Main Lawn: You know what to do! Shuttle to HMB - 10:00pm @ Lodge Parking Lot: For guests staying in Half Moon Bay, catch a ride back to the Quality Inn.
