To our friends and family: We're so excited to celebrate our special day with you. The countdown to forever is on!

Kayla and I met at work in 2017. There was a gaze in passing that confirmed to both of us that the other felt the same level of attraction. Our first date was a random 9:00 pm drive to Emerald Isle. She said a good friend lived there but I couldn't help but question that after we couldn't find beach access and ended up parking at a stop sign on Coast Guard Rd to chat for half an hour. After sharing our first kiss we slowly took the long drive back as we exchanged songs and enjoyed each others company. As the years have passed, I've learned much from Kayla despite being much older than she. I learned that I actually understood little about sharing love in a selfless manner. I learned how to express myself in ways that allowed others to remain open and listen. We've read countless books together on child rearing and human behavior so we can be the best parents possible. We still spend countless hours studying and practicing proven formulas to increase our communication and ultimately our connection so that we can be the best Partner to each other, despite what we may need in the moment. For a few years we even were able to help run the Restaurant of some of our good friends. As stressful as it was, those were some fun nights! There is no question that the future contains the two of us walking hand in hand, with an underlying mission of connecting all types of people to all types of things. We are Honored to celebrate our official union with each of you!
