As much as we adore your little ones, it will be immediate family children on the wedding day as we want you to enjoy the night, carefree with cocktail in hand! 🍸 However, we understand that some of you may want to travel with your kids, so please know they are welcome at day events surrounding the wedding day! We can also help with providing child care services at the venue during the ceremony if you require. Please get in touch if you have any questions!

For those that are staying at the Venue there will be transport provided by the hotel to take you to the wedding courtyard, if you can meet at main reception lobby at 3:15pm. More details will be provided on check in. For those of you coming from other locations if you could aim to be at the Wedding courtyard for 3:30 so you can get a welcome drink and leisurely make your way to your seating. As you enter Melia there will be sign posts directing you to the location.

Ceremony and Dinner will be outdoors, with plenty of shaded areas, ceremony will begin from 4PM so should be at a perfect temperature.

Daytime temperature will typically be around 31-33 °C and Nighttime lows tend to be around 20-25 °C in April months

We promise you won’t be trekking through fields, there is some gravel and any grass pathways will be covered, so your shoes will survive to tell the tale!

We don’t need gifts — having you there is the real celebration so truly we don’t expect anything! The cost of you travelling to Dubai is the biggest gift you can give us. However if you did want to mark the occasion with something extra, a contribution to our honeymoon fund would be appreciated.
