Where Should I Stay?

Darwin and I will be staying at Kimpton Canary Hotel in the heart of Santa Barbara. Although there are no blocks of rooms available, there are plenty of choices within 15 min from the venue. Some recommendations: Kimpton Canary Hotel, The Upham Hotel, Simpson House Inn, Mar Monte Hotel, Hotel Virgina, Best Western Plus, Riviera Beach House, Casa Del Mar Inn, and Hotel Milo amongst many others.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

While we won't have organized transportation, our venue in Santa Barbara is easily accessible. A quick Lyft or Uber ride from your hotel is the most convenient way to get there and back, as the area is also quite walkable.

What's the best airport to use?

Answer

For those traveling by air, Santa Barbara Airport (SBA) is the closest to the venue. However, Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is the most accessible airport with many more flight options.

What is the weather and climate like in the area?

Answer

Santa Barbara in the late spring/early summers can be sunny with clouds during the day and cool at night, so we recommend a light wrap to cover bare shoulders and sunglasses for the outdoor ceremony.
