Things To Do
We’re so excited to share a few of our favorite spots and things to do in a city we love!
Drinks & Coffee
Grab a drink at Jim’s Alley Bar, Jack’s favorite spot, or start your day with coffee from Thou Mayest Coffee. Mildred’s is also nearby and great for breakfast or lunch.
Food
Many restaurants and bars are within walking distance of the hotels. A few favorites include Milwaukee Delicatessen for a casual bite and The Peanut—home to some of the best wings in the city. KC is also known for its BBQ, we highly recommend trying Jack Stack or Joe's BBQ
Explore & Shop
If you have time to explore, visit the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, National World War I Museum, or the College Basketball Hall of Fame. The Country Club Plaza is also great for shopping and dining.
Getting Around
Many attractions are walkable, and KC’s free streetcar is an easy way to get around. Ride it to the Crossroads Arts District for restaurants and breweries or to River Market for shops and great food.
