Yes! The motorcoaches will ONLY be picking up and dropping off guests at the Hyatt Centric hotel. If you choose to stay at another hotel in the Isla Verde region, you can either Uber back to your hotel, or walk depending on the proximity to said hotel.
Yes! There will be ample parking space in the front of the venue. There will be signs and staff to guide you.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 pm, please aim to arrive at least 20 minutes early so you can enter the venue, and find your seat. If you are taking the transportation provided, they will drop you off at 4:40 pm.
The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held in a covered space on the second floor of the casita (this is an open-air space). Cocktail hour will take place on the second floor of the casita. While this area is covered, it is an open-air space. The reception will follow indoors on the first floor of the casita, which is air-conditioned.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus-one, they will appear under your name with you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
The dress code for the evening is semi-formal. Please keep in mind that February in Puerto Rico can be warm. The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting, while the reception will take place indoors in an air-conditioned space. Cocktail hour will be on the second floor of the casita in a covered, open-air setting with fans for comfort. For the ladies, we suggest attire in lightweight, breathable fabrics. Midi or maxi dresses work especially well. Block heels, wedges, dressy flats, or sandals are recommended, as parts of the evening will take place outdoors or in open-air spaces. Please note our wedding color palette features jewel tones. The bridesmaids will be wearing plum and sage green. Men are encouraged to wear dress pants or chinos with a button-down shirt. A lightweight suit or blazer is welcome but optional. Ties are optional. We recommend breathable fabrics and comfortable dress shoes or loafers suited for warm weather.
