How/when do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP on this very website- just look at the top of the screen and click the RSVP tab. Please send us your acceptances or regrets by December 22nd, 2024

Are children allowed?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair.

Is there hotel accommodations for guest who may be traveling?

Answer

We have rooms blocked at the Hampton by Hilton. Please see the Hotel Accommodations tab to reserve your room. These rooms are reserved for you to book by February 26th, 2025.

Will there be transportation to and from the wedding?

Answer

Yes, the hotel will provide transportation to and from the wedding venue. The transportation will only be for guest who reserved a room. All other guest will not be permitted to use the shuttle bus provided by the hotel.

How would we know the time of the shuttle?

Answer

The hotel will provide that information at the time of check in. If such information is not given to you, please ask.

Question

Would guest who’s not on the reservation for the hotel but will be staying with someone, would they have a seat on the shuttle?

Answer

No, all guest staying at the hotel need to be on the reservation so they can be counted for a seat on the shuttle bus. All guest staying at the hotel but was not added on the reservation will not have a seat on the shuttle bus.

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately there is a limit on the guests we can invite and cannot accomadate a plus one for everyone. If you are a special case where we have allowed you a plus one, we have listed her/his name on your RSVP profile.

What should I wear?

Answer

Formal Attire. We suggest that men wear a suit and women wear an evening gown/ cocktail dress or pants suit.

Is there a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes, check out the Registry tab at the top of the page. we have created a honeymoon fund and appreciate all monetary gifts.

What do I do if something changes and I can/can't make it after I have RSVP’d

Answer

We understand things come up. Just email us right away at jd.wedding0924@gmail.com so we can make the necessary changes.

What colors should I avoid wearing?

Answer

Please refrain from wearing the colors White and Emerald green.
