Parking for the Happily Ever After Party

Answer

Parking is limited at the hotel and reserved for guests staying onsite. Additional parking is available just North of the hotel in the Community Presbyterian Church parking lot.

What will the weather be like this time of the year?

Answer

November is a pleasant month in our area with average temps in the low 70's, rarely falling below 60 or exceeding 82 degrees. It is common to be cool and crisp in the morning and evening hours.

What is the attire?

Answer

Beach Cocktail, which can include cocktail attire with a casual flare.

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Yes, there will be passed hors d’oeuvres from 6-8 and a cash bar in the lounge of the hotel for beer and wine. Non-alcoholic beverages available.

Should I stay at the hotel venue or somewhere else?

Answer

The Hotel Palms is a boutique property with 11 rooms. They are available first come, first serve. It is certainly convenient to stay there but there are 2 other recommended properties within walking distance of the venue. See the Travel section of our site for more information.

What is the best airport to fly into?

Answer

JIA - Jacksonville International Airport 26.2 miles (about 40 minute drive to the Beaches) Sanford-Orlando - 134 miles (about a 2 hour drive) for our Allegiant fliers
