We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, but by August 1st, 2026 at the absolute latest. This is at the request of the Mount Washington Hotel, that way they can get a proper head count as well as document everyone's meal choice!
Yes!! We have a block of rooms reserved at the Mount Washington Hotel for the night of the wedding! If you are looking to extend your stay to the night before or after (they will only accommodate an early check in on Friday, not Saturday) you can either edit your length of stay on the website or call the hotel and let them know you're booking under the Bowman/Darrigo Wedding! We encourage you to stay at the Mount Washington hotel or somewhere close by, as that is where the welcome party, ceremony, reception, and after party will be located!
Yes! The dress code for the wedding ceremony/reception is black tie, so think floor length gowns and suits with a tie or tuxedos. Please refrain from wearing any denim, jeans, mid length dresses, and avoid shades of white. This is a black tie event, so we want you to look and dress your best!
Due to the maximum amount of guests we are allowed to invite, unless otherwise specified on your invitation, we kindly ask that you do not bring any plus ones to the ceremony or reception. However, we invite them to join us at our welcome party at the South Veranda the day before, or come hang out in The Cave for our after party! We hope that you and your guest can take time to enjoy the mountain air and wonderful amenities the hotel and spa has to offer!
While we would love to see your children/little ones, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception adults-only! We encourage you to use this event as a date night! However, you are more than welcome to bring your children to our casual welcome party the day before at the South Veranda Bar at the Mount Washington Hotel!
The ceremony is slated to start at 4:30, but we kindly ask everyone to plan on getting there between 4 to 4:15. Anyone arriving past 4:25 will not be allowed admittance until after the ceremony has been completed!
While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. There will be a brief moment in the beginning of the ceremony dedicated for our guests to take their phones out and snap a picture, but after that, we request that all phones are put away until cocktail hour begins.
