When should I RSVP by?

What time should I get there?

Answer

Ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm with cocktail hour to follow. Please arrive by 5:30pm so you have time to find your seat and relax before the ceremony begins.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our preference is formal, however we don't want anyone to have to stress finding an outfit. Cocktail attire/Semi-formal is fine as well. Although this is a Spring wedding, we would love guests to wear darker colors to complement the venue! Our wedding colors are black, white, and forest green.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We want to have a more intimate ceremony of close friends and family. You will only be able to RSVP for the people listed in your party. :) If you have any issues with the online RSVP process please contact either the bride or groom.

How do I get to and from the venue?

Answer

The venue is a short 11 min drive from the Phoenix airport. If you stay at one of the hotels in the travel section, they are all about a 1-3min drive away or walkable if you'd prefer not to drive at all. The ceremony and reception will be taking place at the same venue.

Will there be guest parking?

Answer

There will be complimentary valet service for any guests that will be driving themselves.

Is it indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The reception and ceremony are both indoors with AC, however the cocktail hour will be outside. A May evening in Arizona should not be too bad, however guests are free to linger in the ceremony area if you get warm easily (like me).

Yes! We will be having an open bar :)
