Darrick and Mackenzie met in 2020 in Arkadelphia, AR while both attending Henderson State University. Darrick played football and Mackenzie swam for HSU. They began as friends and their love for each other has blossomed ever since. They both graduated in 2024 and did long distance for one year before moving in together in Conway! Mackenzie is pursuing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at UCA and Darrick coaches football and basketball for Conway High School. They cannot wait to celebrate their love with all of their closest family, friends, and supporters. It is a long time coming!
